Hello RACER!

This is our GPLRACER calendar for 2021.
In 2021 we will offer 3 cups.


1) 1965 F1 Mod Cup (20 races) -> Tuesdays
Mod download: http://65f1.gplworld.de/
- Professional mode (No Shift-R)
- Server start time 20:30 CET
- 30 minutes qualification
- approximate 45 minutes race time
- free car choice; 1 spec races with Honda RA272 only

2) 1967 F1 Extra (67x) Mod Cup (11 races) -> Tuesdays before the summer break

I really like Championship 65 with many tracks that I don't know

Cool, lots of lesser known tracks on the calender. Will be fun to discover them.
I also like it that the spec race is with the Honda this season, even though it's on an oval.

I'm only worried for Donnybrooke 1971 because I've had 2 online races on it in the past and both ended with a freeze. It has never been a reliable track for me.

I know we raced Donnybrook twice in 2013, 69x and CanAm71.
I don't know if we have raced the track in any other mods.
Had a look at the replays and we had no Tech problems in those two races.
It wasn't full grids as we have in the 65 races.

Honda on Indy will be fun. But keep an eye on the oil temp.

We plan to test some of those unknown tracks over the winter break as fun events.

We will host the track all week for training and to check stabilty and have the race on a Tuesday evening as normal.

The 65 season's calendar looks very tasty
A lot of tracks I hardly or never touched

Driving the 67 season with the 67X looks very interesting, I hope it attracts significant attention.
The 55 is also a welcome addition for the year.

5 - I wouldn't do the mod 55, I never understood this story of brake management

They are actually not so difficult to drive when you have got used to use the brakes with more care and to use the engine brake by shifting down.
I also don`t like the brakes that much, but the car physics are great. It is so much fun to drive these cars.

And regarding the brakes, we all have to deal with brake fading, so it is a challenge for all, everyone has the same problem. And it gives the races a tactical moment.

Maybe you should give it another try.
