Microsoft Edge

Hi All,
Does anyone else use Microsoft Edge as I am looking for some advice...
I use Edge on my main Windows PC. On this forum I do not stay looged in - I have to login every time I use the forum. Also the message about cookies on the bottom is always there even after clicking on Got It!. Annoying but not the end of the world! On my Mac laptop using Safari I stay permanently logged in. I have no problem with other websites. I assume this site uses cookies to remember your login state - can anyone confirm this? So I did a search in settings, cookies were already on but to be absolutey sure I added http://www.gplracer.de/ to the cookies allowed section. I did manage to solve this problem a couple of months ago and it worked OK but then suddenly I am back where I started (probably and update to Edge fixed it!).
Any advice on how the website works and a fix would be most welcome.

Chrome here. No problem with log in

Also Google Chrome here. Have to login every time I visit the forum, but it remembers my name and password. No problem.

I tried Firefox on the same PC and it works just fine so definitely something to do with Edge and the way this forum saves its cookies - I wonder if it is something to do with the way that the http://john.gplracer.net/ and http://www.gplracer.de/ interact - not even sure if they are related? Ah well I will just have to login each time - yes it saves username and password...

Just coming back to this thread. After a recent update of Edge to Version 113.0.1774.35 (Official build) (64-bit) it now works correctly again. I dont have to log in every time I visit. Happy days!

This problem has just returned. Just checked and I am now on Version 117.0.2045.31 (Official build) (64-bit). Not sure when it updaed...
